- Two sachets of Cafe Enrista Chai Latte Tea
- 350ml milk
- 120ml sunflower oil
- 4 eggs
- 5ml vanilla essence
- 225g flour
- 65g cocoa powder
- 300g sugar
- 4 tps baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 15ml instant coffee granules or powder
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
Grease a 22 cm cake tin
Heat up 100ml of milk and add the 2 sachets and stir.
Beat the milk oil eggs and vanilla essence together.
Sieve all the dry ingredients together.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in heaped tablespoons while mixing until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Test the doneness of the cake by inserting a cake tester in the middle of the cake, if it comes out clean the cake is done.
Leave to cool and then decorate the cake.
