Hot Chocolate & Bar One Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs separated
  • 1 Cup Castor Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Enrista Hot Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 165g Butter Softened
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 50ml Orley Whip Dessert Cream
  • Dash of milk
  • 1 Bar One

Method

Whip egg whites till soft peaks form add castor sugar bit by bit till still peaks form, add hot chocolate powder, egg yolks, vanilla essence and mix all together. Mix cocoa powder with dessert cream and add to the mixture along with the butter, flour, baking powder and a dash of milk mix all together until mixture is soft and creamy, grease a medium rectangle dish and Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes once out the oven cut the Bar One into small squares and spread over the top.
