This easy and totally delicious dessert will wow your dinner guests!
- 1 cup of Cafe Enrista Instant Cappuccino, cooled
- Handful ice cubes
- Scoop of caramel (or vanilla) ice cream
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Blend well. Serve with whipped cream, caramel sauce and a wafer biscuit.
To make your own Caramel Sauce
- 160ml cream
- 150g brown sugar
- 50g butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Simmer the ingredients, stirring constantly for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
