Coconut & Caramel Coffee Frappe

This easy and totally delicious dessert will wow your dinner guests!


  • 1 cup of Cafe Enrista Instant Cappuccino, cooled
  • Handful ice cubes
  • Scoop of caramel (or vanilla) ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Blend well. Serve with whipped cream, caramel sauce and a wafer biscuit.

To make your own Caramel Sauce


  • 160ml cream
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Simmer the ingredients, stirring constantly for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
