Chai Latte Fudge


  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 15ml golden syrup
  • 125g butter
  • 180ml milk
  • 1 sachet Enrista Chai latte tea


Add all ingredients to heavy base pot and cook for 12-17 minutes. Stir continuously.
Beat with wooden spoon for 3 minutes. Pour out in tray and wait 5-10 minutes before cutting into squares.
