- 500g package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 550g package milk chocolate brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup of Enrista Cafe Mocha
- 1 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate pieces
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a 30x22x5-cm baking pan; set aside.
In a large bowl combine eggs, brownie mix, oil, Enrista Cafe Mocha until just combined. Spread batter over sugar cookie dough. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Bake for 40 minutes or until edges are set. Cool in pan on a wire rack. To serve, cut into bars.
